Referral Links & Promotion

  1. Once you have registered for the Seller Snap Affiliate Program, you will be provided with a unique link that must be used to identify you when placing a link from your site, email, or other communications to the Seller Snap website. 

  2. Seller Snap provides graphical images and other resources that can be used when promoting your offer. You may not modify these images in any way.

  3. You may not use our name, graphics or any other assets in any bulk email whatsoever unless we have given our advanced written consent. 

  4. In addition, you may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, say you develop our Services, say you are part of Seller Snap or express or imply any relationship between us and you or any other person or entity. 



Referral Fee Rewards Regulations

  1. Referral Fee Rewards are issued on a monthly basis. Rewards will be issued at the beginning of the following month. You will be paid out for any Referrals that were ‘approved’ within that month. 

  2. You will earn Referral Fee Rewards based on the subscription amount of the approved Referral. These are one-time payments. If a client unsubscribes from Seller Snap in the future, this won’t affect your Referral Fee Reward.

  3. You will receive a payment of the full subscription amount, capping at $800, regardless of the discounts that we are offering your Referrals.

  4. We will only pay Referral Fee Rewards on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. 

  5. You will not be rewarded with any Referral Fee Rewards for any Referrals that have previously subscribed to Seller Snap.

  6. If your Referral is an existing lead in our system but is not subscribed to Seller Snap, you will be rewarded for the Referral.

  7. Referral Fee Rewards are paid out via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive Referral Fee Rewards, as we do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash, or other methods.

  8. A summary of approved Referrals and a statement of Referral Fee Rewards are available to the Affiliate by logging into their Affiliate account/dashboard.

  9. The Referral Fee Rewards structure is subject to change at our discretion.

  10. Seller Snap reserves the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

  11. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.



Referral Fee Rewards- Payments

  1. If you have an approved Referral who has subscribed for $250, you will receive a one-time payment of $250.

  2. If you have an approved Referral who has subscribed for $500, you will receive a one-time payment of $500.

  3. If you have an approved Referral who has subscribed for $800, you will receive a one-time payment of $800.

  4. If you have an approved Referral who has subscribed for the ‘Unlimited’ subscription, you will be rewarded on a case by case basis, not including dedicated environments.


Bonus Fee Rewards- Payments

  1. You can earn Bonus Fee Rewards with Seller Snap by hitting referral amount targets. 

  2. If you reach 8 Referrals, you will receive a payment of $500.

  3. If you reach 12 Referrals, you will receive a payment of $500.

  4. If you reach 16 Referrals, you will receive a payment of $500.
